The rooms looks great as staged but I will leave my wife and marry the woman that would keep her closet and makeup station that organized. In reality, you’ll walk into a mess. That’s the reason that is not done more frequently.

Nice try...The couch and area rug are sized wrong. I suggest a sectional or smaller couch to bring in 'The Cozy' . Never get rid of real hardwoods. Color is nice.
